Blue Cheese Donuts

2 1/4 c                        Aunt Jemima Complete 

1 1/2 c                        Blue cheese - crumbled

1 c                               water

1 c                               granulated sugar

Combine first three ingredients until most batter lumps are

gone. Refrigerate for at least one hour to stiffen batter.

Heat oil to 345 degrees. Using a small ice cream scoop,

place six scoops of batter in hot oil. Fry for approximately 2

1/2 minutes until donuts are golden brown. You may need to

roll the donuts over half way through frying. Drain donuts on

paper towels, let cool slightly and roll in granulated sugar.

Serve at room temperature.
